Vulture Nature Reserve
At Cape Vulture Nature Reserve, travel is about more than reaching a destination—it’s about discovering a purpose. Nestled on the dramatic cliffs of the Northern Drakensberg Escarpment, our reserve is home to one of the largest populations of endangered Cape Vultures. Their protection lies at the very heart of who we are, guiding our vision of conservation, education, and community empowerment.
When you visit, you don’t just experience breathtaking views, guided trails, and unforgettable wildlife encounters—you become part of something larger. Every stay directly supports the protection of endangered species, the restoration of ecosystems, and the empowerment of local communities.
Whether you come to hike the mountains, relax under the African sun, or simply witness the majesty of vultures soaring above, your journey here is a chance to reconnect with nature, yourself, and a vision for a better future.
